I finally made CASHEW CREAM for savory and sweet dishes. Remember my version of apple pie? I imagined melted ice cream (cashew cream, almond milk, and vanilla extract) all over it. LOL. For a savory dish, I made cream of mushroom (sautéed mushroom, veggie broth, salt, freshly ground pepper, and cashew cream) over brown rice and quinoa pasta.
