When I started the Daniel Plan, I eliminated processed foods from my diet. I used to buy Trader Joe's Cauliflower Pizza Crust but now I decided to make my own crust. Here goes the CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST: riced cauliflower (Microwave for 4 mins then wring out liquid using a cloth), one egg, Italian seasoning, shredded mozzarella cheese, freshly ground pepper, and salt. Mix and flatten on a pizza pan. Bake at 450 F for 10 minutes until slightly brown. Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, choice of meat/veggies. I topped mine with mushrooms and fresh basil, then drizzled with truffle oil. NOTE TO SELF: use parchment paper! I made a mistake by not lining the pizza pan. I struggled to get pizza slices off the pan! But it tasted SO GOOD!
