Once again, I had to come up with a dish using the juice pulp from beets, apples, and carrots. Here is the experiment that turned out so well: BEET CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. I mixed one cup of all-purpose flour, one cup garbanzo flour, one egg, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 cup sugar, approximately a cup of juice pulp, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, cocoa powder.
