tweak and nourish


There are times when I think about sweet mango pudding served at dim sum as well as sticky rice with mango at a Thai restaurant. To give in to my cravings, I definitely need to tweak to lessen the carbs and avoid powdered pudding mix. So here is my version of MANGO PUDDING: Blend mango with unsweetened almond milk. Top with unsweetened coconut flakes. For fiber, you may add chia seeds or ground flax. Oh so delish without the guilt! My craving is satisfied!
