tweak and nourish




I had to come up with a dish wherein I can use the herbs: fresh SUMMER ROLLS with julienne carrots, celery, cucumber, basil, mint, and cilantro.

For peanut sauce: hoisin, vegetable broth, peanut butter, and sweet chili sauce.



I had extra peanut sauce so I made another batch. This time, I made it with shredded kale and carrots, cucumber, Middle Eastern spiced chicken, basil, and mint.
