I usually eat oatmeal everyday. But today, I ate my leftover "mushy" quinoa with almonds, fruits, and almond milk. Usual fare: I cook organic rolled oats with cinnamon. I add nuts (walnuts/almonds), fruits (banana/ blueberries/blackberries), chia or ground flaxseed, and ground roasted black sesame seeds.
