My new favorite dessert: Chia Pudding
I soaked the chia seeds in unsweetened almond milk overnight and added frozen jackfruit.

In an effort to curb my cravings and to prevent a spike in blood sugar levels, I decided to freeze jackfruit and eat a piece or two at a time:)
